1. Purpose

This refund policy of odochecker.com aims to define the conditions under which customers may obtain a refund of their payments. It applies to all services offered on the website, namely:

  • the 2-day trial period at a rate of 3.99€ ;
  • the recurring monthly subscription at a rate of 49.99€ per 30-day period.

2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the date of subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

This right of withdrawal applies to all payments made, including trial period fees and monthly subscription payments.

3. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be granted in the following cases:

  • Trial period (3.99€ ): refundable upon request made within 14 days of payment.
  • Monthly subscription (49.99€ ): each monthly payment is refundable upon request made within 14 days of the billing date of the relevant payment.
  • Beyond 14 days: no refund may be granted for a payment whose execution date is more than 14 days old.

4. Refund Request Process

To submit a refund request, the customer must follow these steps:

  • Contact customer service via the contact form available on odochecker.com, specifying the purpose of the request.
  • Customer service will acknowledge receipt of the request and may, where applicable, request additional information (email address associated with the account, date of the relevant payment).
  • Once the request has been approved, the refund will be processed under the conditions described below.

5. Refund Timeframe

Once the refund request has been approved, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 business days.

6. Refund Method

The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used for the initial transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees to an alternative refund method.

7. Subscription Cancellation

The customer may cancel their subscription at any time from their personal account or by contacting customer service. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

8. Policy Amendments

odochecker.com reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any amendment will be published on the website and will take effect from its date of publication. Ongoing refund requests will be processed in accordance with the policy applicable on the date of the relevant payment.
